I love jam donuts. The best jam donuts I’ve ever had are sold in Ireland. Nothing here compares.

But these muffins are wonderful! I stretched the batter to make 12. I will definitely be making these again.

I used strawberry jam and doubled the recipe, it filled 12 regular and 24 mini muffins perfectly.
Also, I didn’t sift the flour and they came out great.
