I made this chili tonight for Monday night football. My son doesn’t like beans so I am always on the hunt for beanless chili recipes that are still really flavorful and satisfying – THIS IS IT! The chili stew I make would make you laugh. Notice, I say “stew” because I add so many veggies and beans. And actually, your recipe may qualify for the “stew” title also, as it has tomatoes and chocolate. (I forgot how good chocolate is in chili!) Can’t wait to try it!
