I was shopping for a new skillet several months ago, and a saleslady at Sur la Table convinced me that I must get a Scanpan. I have to say, we love that skillet! We use it at least two times a day, seriously. I recently went back to get another one in a larger size. The saleslady just smiled and said that she knew that I’d be back for more.
