You can. 

I would roast or bake the cauliflower until it&#039;s just tender, not browned or dried out. The key is avoiding any excess moisture, not the cooking method itself. 

Spread the florets on a sheet pan, bake at 400°F (205°C) until they are fork-tender, then let them sit for a few minutes so the steam can escape before adding them to the sauce. If the cauliflower is dry and tender, I think it will work just fine.]]></description>
