my husband and his friends haven’t gotten over the deliciousness of your coconut/pineapple cupcakes I made a few wks ago.. these are going to blow their minds – I am sure. Thanks for all the great recipes.. whenever I need inspirations for a great recipe I go to your blog !!

This was my 6th and final recipe attempt for a caramel apple cupcake that I am baking to sell for a Christmas Boutique and fundraiser for our adoption. Finally, a recipe that looks good and tastes good, and was quite simple to make. I am using a caramel buttercream frosting and drizzling caramel on top of that, but I will try the dunked in caramel for home. Thank-you! This is the recipe I have been searching for.
