In a regular oven I would try 350 deg for 10 minutes with the tortilla/sausage wrapped in a foil packet.

Well, the oven is going to harden the tortillas so I’m not really sure how long would be exactly right, I would have to try it out myself. I would just put them in and keep checking until you are satisfied with the results.
