looks yummy. I’m going to try it with mango chutney and extra sharp cheddar since I bought those at the store today. I’ll have to try blue cheese someday too. In addition to the above I’m going to make mejdool dates stuffed with goat cheese – another quick recipe which allows you to concentrate more on the turkey 🙂

I’ve done fig and I’ve done onion jam as well as apricot, but I’ve never thought of peach and bleu cheese together! Definitely a must-try
