This recipe is amazing. I’ve used it many times for both blackberry crumble and mixed berry crumble and even once for strawberry rhubarb and the result is always exquisite, especially for such an easy recipe to follow and simple ingredients. Highly recommend for all fruits.

This was a great dessert for blackberries that needed to be used up immediately. Topping was flavorful. And I liked it that it was an 8X8 baking dish.

I made this after I went a little crazy buying up too many organic blackberries from Costco. I made it with the addition of a 1/2 pint blueberries, just cause I had them and thought it would be a nice addition. I subbed the oil for extra butter cause I wanted to see how it would turn out. It was absolutely divine. Served with a scoop, or two, of vanilla ice cream. Also from Costco. Lol. I will save this recipe for any time I have a hankering for pie but much easier and fewer calories!!
