I would love to make these. My situation is that I have a countertop Breville oven and the 9″x13″ pan won’t fit in. How can I adjust if using a square pan? Time and Temperature wise and any other adjustments I might have to make. Seems Amazon does not have the size you recommended. If they should return which depth should I use? 2 ” or 3″ Also, they list a 12″ which I believe would work but they are not available at the moment. Thank you for any help and directions for this non-baker.

In reply to Louise Scofield. Yes, it's a thick brownie. If you are using a different kind of pan, I would just start checking your brownies early or if you are not sure how accurate your oven is.

Just took a batch of these out of the oven. Now the hard part…waiting for them to cool overnight! They smell and look great. Can’t wait to taste one!

That’s so true! We rarely bought Andes mints growing up, but it was so special getting them after a nice meal. Like you I don’t remember a single meal, but I’ll never forget the candies!
