I guess all that watching people making couscous the very complicated way from cooking shows scared the crap outta me...*making a mental note to try*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love halibut, I generally just steam them or pop them in the oven. This post makes me want to get that grill pan T_T (oh shopaholic). I want a beautifully striped halibuttttt
