I am so excited to be giving away one of my absolute MUST HAVE kitchen items. I honestly don’t know how anyone gets by without one!
I use my food processor to shred cheese, make breadcrumbs, chop onions and nuts, make nut butters, puree sauces and soups, make dough…..the possibilities are endless. And it seems I am always finding a new use for my this very handy kitchen appliance.
Having said that, I was excited when Hamilton Beach asked me to test out their new Stack & Snap Food Processor. Food processors just keep getting better and it seems as if every new make and model has something great to offer.
What I love about this new version is the lock in place blade! I can’t tell you how many time I have nearly lost a finger turning my bowl out to pour and the blade falls out. This is huge for me and makes it much safer than other food processors I’ve used. Another awesome feature is the very large feed tube. This is so helpful and reduces the extra cutting often needed to make your veggies fit the tube size.
Other features I love is the reversible slice/shred disk, which means it requires less storage space.
I gave this machine a work out during the holidays, making sure it was powerful enough (450 watt motor) to handle all of my kitchen needs. I’m happy to say it passed with flying colors.
If your New Year’s resolution includes eating better and pre-prepping foods, a food processor is the ultimate tool in the kitchen.
And food processors are easy to clean so don’t even worry about that aspect. Anything you’ve heard is a myth.
This beauty could be yours! Good luck!!
