I am so excited to be giving away one of these Indoor Searing Grills. I am completely addicted to mine. I never knew how much I would appreciate having something like this around. It’s lightweight, easy to clean and simple to use. I hope it’s you that wins, I really do.
I know I’ve mentioned how much I dislike making lunch during the summer months.. It’s the one part of my day I just don’t enjoy. “Mom….when’s lunch? When’s lunch? What’s for lunch (at like 8 am)?” Ack! It’s constant. Anyway, the kids are in for a treat this summer because lunch is going to be grilled on the counter as much as possible. It really opens up options and hardly creates any mess. Really it doesn’t.
So far so good. I’ve done burgers, kebabs, veggies, bread…you name it. It’s perfect when it’s raining or too hot to go outside and use the big grill. I’ve even used it on my deck table outside (with an extension cord) to grill lunch when the weather was perfect. I’m so glad the lovely folks at Hamilton Beach said you get to have one too!
I promise you will fall in love with it. It has so many great features:
- Indoor Grill that delivers Outdoor Grill Results
- High Heat Searing Capability
- Adjustable Temperature Control
- Non-Stick Plate, Indicator Lights
- Extra-Large Drip Tray, Removable Hood, Plate and Drip Tray are Dishwasher Safe
I made these Grilled Chile-Lime Shrimp Skewers with this lovely searing grill. If you’d like to try my recipe, head on over to the Hamilton Beach Blog where you’ll find it!! It’s the perfect summer meal or appetizer. I could have eaten every, single, one of these skewers. I didn’t. But I should have.
