This is the first year in a long time our peaches have been so delicious, sweet and juicy and I’ve been really enjoying baking with them. Second: grilled peaches? Even better! Third: this is a fantastic way to use up leftover cake, pound cake or quick breads. Which sadly happens once in a while. I love this elegant yet simple dessert!
