Healthy Snack (#5)

This snack is not healthy, as in it has tons of vitamins, minerals and fiber that keep you going for the afternoon.  However, it’s low in calories and lets you feel like you are indulging in something special.

These bars have gotten me through many afternoons or after dinner moments when I feel like I have needed a sweet treat.

The mint and chocolate combination is enough to make me forget about the homemade cookies or cakes that seem to parade through our home on a regular basis.

Keep a box in your freezer for those weak moments.  You’ll be glad you did.

100 calories, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein, 2.5 g fat

    I love Skinny Cow ice cream bars! I shared some by our community pool with my neighbors just the other night, as we dipped out feet in the pool and enjoyed a beautiful evening. I haven’t had the mint yet though, can’t wait to try it!
