Healthy Snack (#2)

Have you ever had almond butter?  It has great flavor and the fats are monounsaturated (a big plus).  Almonds are also packed with Vitamin E, magnesium and are a great source of fiber.

Make sure you give this snack a try.  It will get you through your afternoon without hitting the chip bag.

1 small banana
2 teaspoons almond butter
1 Tablespoon toasted shredded coconut

200 calories, 5g fiber, 4g protein, 8g fat

  4. Yum – that looks delicious! It would also be good with cashew butter, my mum gets it from link to and it is ridiculously good. Just thinking about it makes me want some now!!!
