Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever been so hungry until I read all your entries about olive oil!! There were some great suggestions!

“Garlic Bread Crumb Pasta
8 oz. pasta (your choice) cooked as directed
1 cup fresh bread crumbs tossed in 1 T. olive oil toasted in a 250 over for 10 to 15 minutes.
5 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
1 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare pasta as directed, drain
In skillet heat olive oil and butter add garlic and saute for 1 or 2 min. Do not burn garlic. Add bread crumbs and saute for several minutes. Add pasta and toss. Salt and pepper to taste.
My family loves this. I have also added sun dried tomato and olives to the crumbs for a different twist. Yummy.”
