My old (45 years!) trusty Hobard mixer died last year. I have NO mixer! Try baking literally by hand. It’s not easy! It would be wonderful to have a real electric mixer again!

  24. I’ve really wanted a mixer for a while. For the past three years, since I’ve moved out on my own, I’ve been mixing doughs by hand. IT IS SO TIRING. I love a good sourdough, beer, or ciabatta bread. I think the first thing I’d really try though, would be making some home made garlic knots to go with the avocado chicken salad I saw on the blog the other day.

Thank you as always for the great recipes and opportunities to win!

The first thing I’d make would be an insane amount of royal icing, my daughter’s baby shower is in a few weeks, and she’s decided I need to make some jungle themed cookies for about 50 people. So wants so many different animals the amount of royal icing I’m going to need will be totally insane!
