Who can believe there are only a few days left in 2012? The years are just disappearing and the time seems to go by faster the older I get. Sigh.
But, looking back over 2012, and all the things I’ve cooked, I have to say it was truly a delicious year. I’m sure my pants are tighter. Okay, I know my pants are tighter.

I’ve made the pumpkin cake, 5 spice butternut squash (many times) and the gnocchi. I’m doing the pulled pork next but have to scale it down – there are only 2 of us. Your recipes are outstanding. I made the rum and coke ham for Christmas and it always turns out perfect. Thanks for all the good recipes.
