Does the Dad in your life love to cook? There are so many great things out there he might like, it's almost impossible to choose just a few. Here are a few options to help him enjoy his time at the grill, in the kitchen or just eating.
Sleek grilling tools from Williams-Sonoma (pictured above) in a lovely carrying case. The tools are extra-long and made from stainless steel for durability. Dad will love.
"Eat Like a Man: The Only Cookbook a Man Will Ever Need" This is for men who love to cook, eat and read about great food.
Ice Cream of the Month Club from Amazing Clubs. They also have the Pizza Club, Hot Sauce Club and Barbecue Sauce Club, to only mention a few. I love them all and you can do them for as little as three months or even seasonal. Your Dad will be reminded all year how much you love him.
Omaha Steaks. They have a club, gift cards, gift packs...you name it, it's there. Dad will appreciate the quality meat he will be putting on his grill. Yum.
Stake Barbecue tool, it does everything...spatula, tongs and fork all in one.
If your Dad is a real "classic guy", he probably loves baseball. Coach has introduced its "Heritage Baseball Collection" (wallet pictured above). This is a limited edition line that was made from vintage baseball gloves. The Coach team spent a year finding vintage baseball gloves (70+ years old) on eBay, and have made 200 one-of-a-kind (stamped for authenticity) wallets for the collection. Each wallet, priced at $348, is made from ~1.5 baseball gloves. This is cool. Pricey but cool.
Another classic dad accessory, at least in my opinion, Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglasses....Hot...Hot....Hot.
If money is no object, the Breitling Super Avenger Chronograph Watch, love this, and talk about classy. Wow.
"For the Dad who has Everything"
One of my husband's biggest complaints is that he does not enjoy picking up after the dog. So here's the answer, The Pooch Power Shovel. The cordless Pooch Power Shovel sucks the waste directly into specially designed plastic bags making them easy to dispose of (up to 150 on a single charge) and at first glance you might think the clear plastic tube provides an unpleasant view of the business being dealt with, but when used properly the waste apparently never touches the machine or your hands. It's clearly the most expensive poo solution you can find.
DIY Guitar Pick Punch, it turns almost anything into a guitar pick, including old credit cards. Now he can air guitar the night away with a real pick!
Is he a sports enthusiast? Get tickets to lots of sporting events in one place. Concerts too.
Combining power tools and wine, Bosch IXO Vino Cordless Lithium-Ion Screwdriver with Corkscrew attachment. Hmmm, Amazon UK is just way ahead of here in the U.S.
I actually love this. In fact, I want to buy them for all the cars. A closed-hood car jump starter. This hooks up to the cigarette-lighter of both cars, no more sparking jumper cables and dirty fingers!
Now, this might seem silly, but the practical dad will never ask for help when it comes to landscaping and pool cleaning services. Sign him up with a local service..find out who your friends are using. This will free up so much of your family time, it's worth every penny. This is by far my favorite gift idea.
Any other ideas out there?
