Superbowl Sunday is only days away and we are all finalizing our party menus for the big celebration. If you are hosting a soiree that will include fans of both teams, this will be a crowd pleaser.
These potato skins pay homage to fans of both sides and are a classic Superbowl appetizer. We know your guests will enjoy arguing over which skin tastes best.
Have a great Superbowl Sunday and may your team win!

Brush both sides with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake, skin side up at 450o until crisp, about 15 minutes.
Pittsburgh Steelers Skins
Top skins with sauteed onions and kielbasa, sauerkraut and grated Swiss cheese; bake 5 more minutes.
Green Bay Packers

Oh, definitely making these!
Awesome idea and they look delicious!
What a fabulous idea. I may need to do a variation on the theme since I’m not much of a sauerkraut person, but my husband will adore those!
Making these as I will have a house full of rivaling fans! Thanks!
Oh I love the steelers one…GO STEELERS!
